Email support@megronfitness.com for support. For account, privacy, or data deletion requests, include the email address on your Megron account.

Response time

Typical response time is 1-2 business days. Issues that block login, Apple Health sync, or saving workouts and meals are prioritized.

What to include

  • Your device model and iOS version
  • The app build number, if available
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if it helps explain the issue

Apple Health sync

If calories, workouts, weight, or macros look out of date, confirm Health permissions are enabled, then reopen Megron and sync again.

Workout logging

For manual workouts, add a workout name or type, at least one movement, and set details before saving. Apple Health workout linking is optional when a matching workout is available.

Nutrition logging

Calories are required before a meal can be saved. Meal type controls how the entry is written to Apple Health.

Account access

Use password reset if you cannot sign in. New and reset passwords must meet the current password requirements.

Megron is not medical care. For pain, injury, symptoms, or urgent health concerns, stop using the app and contact a qualified medical professional or emergency services.
