Typical response time is 1-2 business days. Issues that block login, Apple Health sync, or saving workouts and meals are prioritized.
If calories, workouts, weight, or macros look out of date, confirm Health permissions are enabled, then reopen Megron and sync again.
For manual workouts, add a workout name or type, at least one movement, and set details before saving. Apple Health workout linking is optional when a matching workout is available.
Calories are required before a meal can be saved. Meal type controls how the entry is written to Apple Health.
Use password reset if you cannot sign in. New and reset passwords must meet the current password requirements.
