Is the Megron app included?
Yes. Complimentary Megron app access is included for the duration of every coaching program so you can follow your plan, share updates, and see relevant trends between human reviews.
How is personal coaching different from the app?
The app provides adaptive, in-the-moment guidance from the information you choose to track. Personal coaching adds Megan’s human review, individualized programming, direct feedback, and plan adjustments.
Which program includes nutrition coaching?
Guided and Signature include personalized nutrition targets or a habit-based nutrition strategy when appropriate. Strength Foundations intentionally focuses on exercise programming, technique, progression, and accountability.
Do I need a fully equipped gym?
No. Your available equipment, preferences, experience, and schedule are considered when your training program is built. We will confirm fit during the initial conversation.
Can coaching replace medical or rehabilitation care?
No. Megron coaching is designed for generally healthy adults and does not replace medical care, physical therapy, injury rehabilitation, eating-disorder treatment, or medical nutrition therapy. Clearance or referral may be required.
